What are the requirements for labeling by the automatic labeling machine?

For an automatic labeling machine, labeling is its most important function. If we want to make full use of the materials and attach the most accurate and secure labels, we also have certain requirements for the labeling process: 

1.The surface hardness and strength of the labels may be related to the labeling speed. The surface hardness and strength of the labels are also related to their surface area. Therefore, when using labels with soft materials, please pay attention to increasing their hardness. When using labels with a large area, the hardness should be appropriately increased, or materials with higher hardness should be used. Thin materials are not suitable for large labels but are only suitable for small labels. 

2. Peeling Force: Peeling force refers to the force required to separate the label from the backing paper. There are many factors related to this, such as the type and width of the adhesive, as well as the silicone coating on the backing paper. The peeling force must be within a certain range to allow for reasonable deviation of the marking. 

3. The backing paper also has specific requirements for the automatic labeling machine. The backing paper must be evenly coated with silicone to ensure uniform peel strength. It should have uniform thickness, resulting in high tensile strength and preventing the label from breaking during peeling. The thickness at the bottom enables strong light transmission and allows for sensing the position of the label. 

In the production process of the automatic labeling machine, static electricity will still be generated. It is necessary to eliminate the static electricity because its presence will affect the removal of labels in the drum, thus preventing incorrect labeling or sticking of labels.
