Functional Description
The system uses a flexible feeder to vibrate and supply bulk components. CCD vision captures each part and provides precise coordinate data. A robot/module/spider-arm mechanism performs high-speed picking for processes such as assembly, tray loading, and taping.
Positioning accuracy can reach ±0.05 mm.
